PERSONALISATION

How many letters can I have on my jacket?
We don't charge extra for letters! (within reason!) 

You could have 4 letters or 12 letters, the name doesn't affect the price.

SIZING & FIT

How do I know what size to choose?
We suggest, checking what size you are in other jackets you may have in your wardrobe, and if you prefer a more relaxed fit, go a size up.

We cater for most sizes starting at Small (AU6-8) and going up to XXXL (AU18+)

Children sizes are relating to Ages, So if your little one is 3, we suggest buying a 3 or 4 etc. 

PAYMENTS

What Payment options do you accept?
We accept card payments including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

Paypal and Afterpay is also available and Zippay is coming soon! 

What currency will I be charged in?
We are an Australian business so all orders will be in Australian dollars.

Do you offer Zippay?
We're in the process! We will let you know as soon as it's available!

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship all our items worldwide.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery will vary depending on your location. If you are within Australia delivery can be from 1-5 business days, and International delivery can be up to 12 business days. 

How long does personalisation take?
Each of our personalised gifts are made to order, so handling time is 1-4 days for creating your order. Standard shipping times apply for regular post and express post. 

Do you offer pickup?
We are an online business only and offer tracking with all purchases, No local pick up available.

For any rush orders - please contact us! A local delivery service MAY be available for a fee. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you offer returns?

Please choose your item carefully. As our items are personalised we cannot accept returns. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any other item such as accessories.

My item was lost/damaged in transit, what can I do?
If you item was damaged or lost in the mail please email info@ellec.com.au and we will gladly assist you with any issues.
